Choosing the Villa Design That Works For You
One of the most popular neighborhood concepts in Hampton Roads is based upon the Villa design. These neighborhoods are designed for 55 and better and the amenities cater to that age group. The majority of the homes in all of the Villas have two-car garages.
The Abbey
There are several floor plans that have a variety of options for you. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home that is extremely popular. This model is approximately 1600SF. There is an open family room and dining room with a corner fireplace. Two large bedrooms with private baths are separated from each other by the living area and provide privacy to each. The large laundry room leads to a huge two car garage. Alot of these models also have a wonderful sunroom, and some of the sunrooms look over private wooded areas.
The Cantebury
